Objectives:
There is a growing demand in high-technology industries and research centres, especially in the areas of information technology and telecommunications, for engineers with knowledge and professional skills in project management, software development and relevant areas of engineering. While specialising in the discipline areas of electronic systems, computer systems or communication systems engineering, this double degree broadens the overall knowledge of students in areas which are complementary to their technical skills.
Entry Requirements:
Satisfactory performance in TEE (or equivalent) Calculus or Applicable Mathematics is required. Students who have completed an Associate Diploma or its equivalent in an allied field may be admitted to this course with advanced standing.
Award:
Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems)/Bachelor of Computer Science
Course Description:
This course is not available for on-campus study by students on an International student visa.
