Objectives:
Business administration courses will provide you with administrative skills and the technical ability to start a career in business sectors. The Certificate III in Business Administration provides a sound basis for a career in an office situation. This course has been designed for people who have little or no administrative or technical skills. This course is available on-campus in both full time and part time modes. Business Administration graduates can look forward to rewarding careers as office manager/supervisors, executive assistants, office administrators, computer operators and clerical assistants or receptionists.
Entry Requirements:
You will need to complete a Direct Entry Application Form to study the Certificate III in Business Administration. You will be expected to have suitable language, literacy, numeracy and communication skills needed to undertake the course.

Duration
The Certificate III in Business Administration can be studied full time or part time. Full time students can expect approximately 24 hours of class attendance each week for six months. Part-time students can expect 12 hours of class attendance each week for a minimum of one year. Part-time evening students can expect 3 hours (two evenings) of class attendance each week for the same period. Full-time and part-time student intakes are generally in February and July.
Selection Criteria
If you would like to study the Certificate III in Business Administration you must apply directly to the Gordon Institute. You will need to complete a Direct Entry Application Form – this form is available from Course Information. Applications to study the Certificate III in Business Administration will be accepted in date order of submission.
