Objectives:
Distance Education is a style of learning recognising that everyone has different needs. Unlike traditional education systems, learning by distance means that you learn away from the classroom. You will not be locked into the usual start of the year enrolment periods – by taking the Distance Education option you can enrol in a course throughout the year. Up to four study units are selected at one time and you will have twelve months from the date of your enrolment to complete the units. Education is a vital component of many people’s lives, and learning in an off-campus environment caters for everyone’s needs. Distance Education is often referred to as “student-centered learning” because it puts you in charge of your own learning experience: You decide on the units you would like to study You determine how quickly or slowly you wish to complete your course You decide when you are ready to be tested or assessed. Business Administration courses will provide you with administrative skills and the technical ability to start a career in a business environment. The Certificate III in Business Administration provides a sound basis for a career in an office situation. This course has been designed for people who have little or no administrative or technical skills.
