    Classes are conducted 2 evenings a week for 38 weeks during school terms.

    For students with an appropriate laboratory workplace, an individual qualification process can be negotiated to include workplace based learning.

    On successfully completing this course you will be eligible for employment in a variety of industries as a technical assistant, including wineries, food processing, industrial manufacturing and environmental monitoring.

    On completing this course you may apply for enrolment in the Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques and Diploma of Laboratory Technology.
