Objectives:
Create your own designer hats and take them to the runway with this industry recognised qualification from GippsTAFE. This hands-on course will provide additional expertise and qualifications for those already competent in aspects of the millinery industry. You'll develop advanced skills that will enable you to provide customised service to individual clients. You also get to participate in race day Fashions on the Field and learn from industry experts. Plus there's the flexibility to choose several electives so you can tailor the course to suit your own goals and interests. A work placement component is included in this course to allow you the opportunity to work for a milliner and learn additional skills from an established business. This experience can be obtained by you with the help of the instructor when required.
