Objectives:
Provides opportunities for those wishing to gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to pursue a career in the brewing industry. The course covers the science underlying brewing, materials and worts, yeasts and beer types and brewing operations and includes practical experience in a micro brewery and work placement within the industry.
Entry Requirements:
An undergraduate degree, equivalent prior learning including at least five years work experience in the Brewing Industry, or successful completion of the ECU University Certificate of Brewing.

Course Description:
This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The course is a professional Graduate Diploma consisting of a total of 130 credit points (seven units) which can be completed in two semesters full-time.
