This course provides the basic skills and knowledge to use a computer efficiently in the home or workplace. It will enable a person to become familiar with using a personal computer and how to use the internet. This course may be undertaken in the classroom or flexibly with the support of professional trainers. The Flexible Learning Centre wishes to advise prospective students that for classes in 2009 we use and support the software programs: Microsft Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2007 Professional” This qualification requires a total of 6 units; 3 core units plus 3 elective units.
