Objectives:
Designed to meet the demand for computer forensic investigators and related professionals in government, law enforcement, and industry. Provides a pathway for the existing security professional or IT professional seeking a career change to extend and qualify their expertise in digital forensics.
Entry Requirements:
Students may enter with an undergraduate degree, or five years appropriate work experience. Students who do not have an undergraduate degree must successfully complete a Graduate Certificate in Computer Security before continuing with Stage 2. Students with an existing degree must complete the level 4 units before continuing on to Stage 2 units.

This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The course has three distinct stages, students entering without an undergraduate degree must complete each stage in sequence. Students with an existing undergraduate should complete Stage 1 before proceeding to undertake any other units within the course.
