    The Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Science is a research-led national and international focused program for students who wish to build a professional career in a specialised area of the agricultural sciences.

    With climate change and Australia’s history of drought, it is critical that agricultural industries find new ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and use water, fuel, electricity, and fertiliser more efficiently.

    Graduates are well placed to tackle sustainability challenges, with an understanding of the issues underpinning advances in food and fibre production within the Australian and international agriculture sectors.

    The Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Science is completed over one year of full-time or part-time equivalent study and comprises seven core subjects and the choice out of two selective subjects
