ObjectivesStudents who complete the masters will: * acquire the additional knowledge required to undertake specialised study in a branch of philosophy of their choice; * acquire research skills and an understanding of the methods required for advanced research in philosophy; * complete a minor thesis, based on original research and revealing an awareness of current theoretical directions in their chosen field.
