Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems

  • Course description The Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems provides an advanced course of study for students who want to understand information systems from a technological perspective as well as the organisational contexts in which these systems are used to create value.

    Note: Students should also investigate the Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) (which is listed under undergraduate programs) which is an alternative fourth-year program with different objects and entry requirements.
    Structure

    The course may be commenced in either Semester 1 or Semester 2. Students must complete 100 points (eight 12.5 point subjects). Subjects are normally selected from postgraduate subjects offered within the department. Two subjects (25 points) may be selected from approved postgraduate subjects from other departments or faculties or from third year information systems subjects.
