    Certificate II & III in Food Processing (Sales)

    This course is suited to existing workers or new employees from small to mid-sized food manufacturers who are involved in direct sales of products.

    The courses are nationally accredited and recognised by all states and territories.

    Under the New Apprenticeship program new employees can complete a nationally accredited and recognised qualification at AQF level 2 or 3, namely the Certificate in Food Processing (Sales).
    All training is conducted using self learning materials and/or classroom delivery by Chisholm Institute.

    The core areas of learning are:
    - Food safety incorporating HACCP.
    - Quality Assurance.
    - Occupational Health & Safety.
    - Communication Skills.
    - Calculations.
