    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform telephone duties and effectively communicate with clients and other staff in the workplace.

    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to demonstrate professional behaviour and communication in the salon/store environment.

    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain a safe, secure, hygienic workplace for staff, clients and others

    WRRM2B Perform Routine Housekeeping Duties
    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to apply personal hygiene practices, tidiness and cleanliness in the workplace.

    WRRM1B Merchandise Products
    The purpose of this module is to provide the knowledge and skills to arrange and present product displays within the salon/store. It includes the setting and maintenance of displays and checking, maintaining and labelling or pricing stock.

    WRRS1B Sell Products and Services
    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the sales techniques and key selling skills from approaching the client to closing the sale.

    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to perform operations at the point of sale area.

    WRBCS203B Provide Service to Clients
    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to deliver service to clients including receiving clients, making appointments and responding to client complaints

    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to cleanse skin and apply skin care products for the purpose of retail cosmetic sales.

    The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to design and apply suitable make-up techniques for photography.
