This course has been developed in response to industry requirements and enables career paths to
middle management and Project Management levels. Applicants should have English skills to
Year 11 standard. Similarly Year 11 Maths would be an advantage but is not mandatory. Bridging
English and Maths courses are available. This course forms the academic requirements for
registration as a Registered Domestic Builder.
Full-time: 1 year
Part-time: 2 years
Year 12 (VCE) or Mature Age Entry
Full time applicants refer to the VTAC guide. Applicants may be required to attend an information
session and an interview.
Full time applicants should apply through VTAC and part time directly to the Institute.
