Chisholm graduates experience a range of career opportunities in the Beauty industry, including employment at the highest level. Chisholm Institute offers flexible client focussed training. The Diploma of Beauty Therapy incorporates Certificate III in Beauty and Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy. Below is a list of all the modules that are required to be completed to receive the Diploma in Beauty Therapy. These subjects are not listed in the order of delivery, timetables will be provided at the time of enrolment. In addition to attendance at the Institute, students are required to complete a 300 hour practical placement component under supervision in the Beauty Industry. Occupational Health and Safety Standards will be identified and adhered to in all components of this course. Practical Placement (300 hours)
Students are required to complete industry placement performing competencies for Beauty Therapy units under the guidance of a therapist in a salon/store environment. All tasks will be recorded and will form part of the assessment for the Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
