Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy will equip you with relevant and comprehensive skills and knowledge to successfully enter Beauty Therapy and related industries. Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy covers body treatments, reflexology relaxation techniques, massage and permanent Epilation techniques. You will be eligible to receive the Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy on successful completion of required competencies. This courses is based at the Gordon’s City Campus, Fenwick St, Geelong and is delivered by the School of Business and Management.
If you would like to study the Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy you must apply directly to the Gordon institute of TAFE. You will need to complete a direct entry application form, which is available from course information. Please refer to the Gordon’s website www.gordontafe.edu.au or contact course information for guidelines and current direct entry application information. For non Year 12 applicants, the Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy requires students to be at least 18 years of age. Applicants who have successfully completed the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy may apply for the Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy. You will be expected to have suitable language, literacy and numeracy skills needed to undertake this course.

Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy is a full-part time* 6 month course. Students can expect approximately 24 hours of class attendance each week over four days. Student intakes are generally in February and July.

Students who meet the above entry requirements will be accepted to study the Pathway Diploma of Beauty Therapy in date order of their application.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be given for skills and knowledge gained through previous study or other relevant experience. For further information refer to the RPL brochure that can be found under Downloads & Forms.
