Objectives
Prepares participants to take a leadership role in an organisation. The course explores the multiple dilemmas of 'leading' within organisations. It covers both conceptual and practical issues of leadership, and includes significant opportunities for workplace learning.

This course is not available for on-campus study by students on an International student visa.
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
