    About the course

    The purpose of the course is to provide a generalised professional accounting education to graduates of non-accounting disciplines and to satisfy the academic requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and CPA Australia.

    The Master of Accountancy is designed for students looking for a change in careers. The Master degree opens the way to many vocational choices in areas of public practice, commerce and industry, government and semi-government organisations and accounting education.

    Applicants who have completed the Graduate Certificate in Accounting and Financial Management will be awarded credit for the graduate certificate subjects upon admission to the Master of Accountancy.

    Study at the CSU Study Centres

    The Master of Accountancy is available through Wagga Wagga Campus, and the CSU Study Centres in Sydney and Melbourne for domestic and international students.

    Residential school

    There is a residential school of three days' duration in each session.

    Graduation requirements

    To graduate, students must complete 128 points (12 subjects).
