    Designed for students with a strong interest in the living world. Focuses on cellular and molecular biology, genetics and evolution, zoology, botany, ecology and environmental science. Students also enrol in a Second Major of their choice. Disciplines offered nclude: Conservation Biology, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Management, Catchment Management and Marine & Freshwater Management.

    This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.2This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.

    The extra year of study has two components. The first comprises two or more content units that prepare students for research; the second takes the form of a major Honours Project under the supervision of staff from the School.
