  • Objectives This course provides both training and the recognition of existing knowledge and skills for people who are currently working in the national mining industry at the level of supervisor/team leader or above.
    You will gain skills that will enable you to assume responsibility for the quality and quantity of the output of others, contribute to technical solutions and apply mine management plans in a metal processing facility.

    This course includes nine mandatory units covering risk management, statutory compliance, environmental practices, quality and communications. In addition to this you will be asked to nominate five electives from topics such as:
