    Certificate II in Retail Operations has been designed as the standard entry level qualification for the retail industry. It applies to those wishing to develop skills and knowledge to begin a career in the retail industry. The course helps you to develop skills in the areas such as interacting with customers, performing stock control, operating point of sale equipment, balancing the register and minimising theft. This fast paced, motivational and practical program improves employment outcomes by ensuring that participants gain real skills utilising BRIT’s Retail Industry Training Room (When classroom based). This course is available at no cost to participants through the Productivity Placement Program (eligibility criteria apply).
