This course is designed to meet the educational requirements of students currently employed as an apprentice Electrician. It combines on-the-job training with off-the-job education, ensuring that the knowledge and practical skills you acquire are relevant to your apprenticeship.
You must be employed as an electrical apprentice and have signed a contract with your employer.
Certificate III In Electrotechnology Electrician
• No Selection Process Required
The schooling component of this course is broken up into four years part time. For the first three years you are required to attend off-the-job training for a total of eight weeks each year, and in the forth year you are required to attend approximately 1 week. The on-the-job component is assessed over the four years by the work performance section of the competencies with profiling.
