    Certificate III is the highest level of qualification available in Food Processing (Wine), and reflects the skills and knowledge for a leading hand role in this industry. It follows on from the Certificate II in Food Processing (Wine). You may choose to specialise in any of the following five areas: cellar door sales, cellar operations, bottling and packaging, laboratory and wine grape growing. To complete this qualification, you will need to have access to workplaces in your chosen area of specialisation.

    Successful completion of Certificate II in Food Processing (Wine) is a prerequisite, however relevant workplace experience will be taken into consideration as prior learning. Other Entry Requirements You must be currently employed in a workplace within your chosen area of specialisation.
