    This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to effectively work in a retail environment. It has been designed to develop the skills and knowledge in the areas of merchandising, display and advanced selling techniques. The qualification also provides you with the ability to minimise theft and ensure store security. There is a strong focus on customer service and developing your communication skills to equip you face all challenges with in the retail sector.
