Enables human resource professionals to specialise in people management, people development, or workplace relations; and to strategically align their programs to reflect the flexibility required by local and global organisations.
A recognised Bachelor degree, or successful completion of a Graduate Diploma OR equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience
