Objectives:
Provides the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the human resources function of an organisation at a senior level. Enables human resource professionals to specialise in people management, people development, or workplace relations; and to strategically align their programs to reflect the flexibility required by local and global organisations.
Entry Requirements:
A recognised Bachelor degree, or successful completion of a Graduate Diploma OR equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience

This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.

This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.

This is a 180 credit point (12 Units) qualification. Entrants to this course may articulate through the Graduate Diploma of Business (HRM).
