An Honours degree is a fourth year of study at undergraduate level for students who have shown an aptitude for and an ability to undertake research. Honours typically includes some coursework units and a research thesis or project.
Course average of 70% or better in the Bachelor of Science or equivalent

This course is not available for on-campus study by students on an International student visa.
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The extra year of study has two components. The first comprises two or more content units prescribed by the School concerned; the second takes the form of a major Honours Project under the supervision of staff from the relevant School.
